"Giving to organizations that help poor people in other countries was never something I felt comfortable doing. I always wondered if the money and the help got to the right people. That changed when a friend did some volunteer work for HOPE International and told me about the people HOPE had helped the summer she worked with them. Ever since then, I have been giving to HOPE and I am confident my donations are making a difference."
