SUPPORTING WOMEN LEADERS

Women in the Dominican Republic are stepping up – leading their communities out of poverty and into a future shaped by vision and capacity.

Weary of watching families leave to find work and witnessing their community continually restrained by poverty, women are taking decisive action. By acquiring leadership skills and mobilizing neighbours to work together, Dominican women are creating local, sustainable solutions to end poverty.
